FORMAL SEMINARS | ||||
Formal Seminar Instruction is provided by Mr. King using the delineation of content for private seminars as exhibited through the link below. The content itself is extracted from The “EMCT: Electromagnetic Compatibility Tutorial”. The provision of EMCT itself to seminar attendees is based upon customer requests in application of the depth of the seminar approach. Please refer to the link below for an overview of typical seminar content.

DESIGN REVIEW TRAINING
Experience has demonstrated that one of the most effective methods of EMC training is to provide instruction to project staff during the execution of the:
|
||||
The training approach of offering theoretical—explanatory instruction based on application to “real product hardware” can be a powerful opportunity to learn EMC implementation. Each design discipline involved in the project development process may be engaged in this form of inter-active training—from the project policy formulation of management—to the specific details of CAD designs.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING | ||||
The training—instructional approach for individuals is similar to that noted above, except that instruction is focused intensely upon a specific individual, or small groups within a team, who have been designated to develop into EMC “specialists” within the corporate structure. The effort of this instruction can be intensely focused, evolving to a “mentoring” function provided by Mr. King. Many senior engineers, designers, and managers have benefited in their career paths through this process.
CORPORATE/MANAGEMENT POLICIES
The development, establishment, and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures in regard to EMC processes during design, development, and production, can be very effective in assuring efficiency of investment and schedule. Mr. King can be commissioned to engage with management to establish and review these policies and practices with the intent of increasing process efficiency.
